    Saint Francis University invites applications for the Founding Director of the university’s new Center for Languages and Global Learning. This is a 12-month administrative position that will carry a faculty appointment commensurate with qualifications and experience.

    Duties will include supervising and monitoring all language programs to ensure quality and compliance according to professional, university, and HR policies and procedures; identifying, managing, and evaluating qualified full- and part-time faculty; overseeing the Center’s budget and expenses; recruiting new and current students into language programs; developing community outreach, particularly among high school students seeking language/study abroad opportunities; promoting and growing study abroad programs, particularly SFU’s campus in Ambialet, France; working with Academic Schools and Deans to enhance and evaluate course offerings and study abroad programs; collaborating with Enrollment Management and Athletics on goals related to international students;? building language programs for online delivery through Francis Worldwide; and grant writing to support the development of global languages and study abroad.?

    General Carpenter/Roofer

    Assistant Research Professor- Interviewing

    Saint Francis University invites applications for a full time Assistant Research Professor in Business Analytics for the Knee Center for the Study of Occupational Regulation (CSOR) and Shields School of Business.? The Assistant Research Professor will teach a 2/2 course load and will work with the Associate Dean of Business to support the business analytics major.? The Assistant Professor would also be a contributor to the work of CSOR and be expected to produce both peer-reviewed academic and policy research on occupational regulation and its effects.? The candidate will be expected to have a 50/50 split between CSOR and supporting the business analytics major.

    Biology, Assistant Professor- Reviewing Applications/Interviewing

    Saint Francis University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor faculty position in the Biology Department beginning August 2020.? This position is intended to serve as Pre-Medicine coordinator for the Biology Department, and would be tasked with helping the University’s Pre-Med programs take a step forward in terms of opportunities for students, student outcomes, and enrollment.? Primary teaching responsibilities would include Comparative Anatomy and Human Anatomy & Physiology, but may also include courses in introductory biology, non-majors biology, and the candidate’s area of expertise. We have particular interest in candidates with research interests involving developmental biology, cell biology, and/or functional morphology.?     Program Director, MSN/FNP

    Saint Francis University invites applications from qualified candidates for a full-time program tenured/nontenured, director/faculty position in the University’s Department of Nursing MSN/FNP and Post Master’s FNP Programs.? The Program Director is responsible for the academic, regulatory, and clinical coordination of the MSN/FNP and Post Master’s FNP programs.? Leads the preparation of the self-study for the FNP and Post Master’s FNP part of the self-study, and maintains CCNE accreditation and State Board of Nursing approval, submitting all required documents.? Oversees administrative aspects of the programs.? Coordinates program and curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation of the programs.? Actively recruits preceptors and initiates and maintains communication and correspondence between academic and clinical sites as primary liaison with clinical sites. Preference for experience in online and simulation instruction, accreditation, program review and assessment.?
